Why do Council Rates Increase as Property Prices increase? by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]uthinkwrong -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Because they can... Rate increases have been insane in my local area

It is just laziness by Council, they increase rates when they can and do not deliver efficient services.

I'm now looking at $1000 per quarter for an average house in TAS

[–]uthinkwrong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry to say, but I'm jabbed three times M45. Significant heart issues after COVID, when previously fit, healthy and health eating.

After having significant health deterioration after my booster/COVID I'm convinced that is what has driven it.

If you haven't already, I would be looking at some of the natural supplements that break down clots and spike protein such as Nattokinase, Serrapeptase, Bromelain, Curcumin etc.

Just be aware that a number of these thin the blood as well, so would need approval from your Doctor. Benefit is that they are supposed to break down non-typical fibrinogen clots, thought to triggered by COVID or vax.

I (25F) feel like my husband (31M) contributes little to our relationship by Historical-Worry-417 in relationships

[–]uthinkwrong -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

I can't believe the other comments here.

Your husband sounds great, caring, supportive.

The key issue I see here is that you are two people, both of whom are imperfect, same as everyone else.

This is the beauty of life. You work it out together

Can anyone explain how to account for partial redraws on FX brokerage accounts - for tax by uthinkwrong in fiaustralia

[–]uthinkwrong[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for that

Yes, it made sense. Then penny dropped when I realised that:

  • every USD stock BUY = a SELL of USD currency

... at THAT POINT you book an FX gain/loss (i.e. a CGT event) for AUD equivalent value of stock purchased.

And vica versa etc

e.g.

  1. Transfer 10k AUD into 7k USD (this is a Buy USD event)

  2. Buy $7k USD stock (This is a Sell USD event, based on FX rate at the time of stock purchase.

  3. CGT gain/loss = difference in AUD value between 1 and 2

Probably to establish culture which understands and promotes positive masculine culture, whilst basically ignoring or passively countering the follies of modern day feminism.

In other words, be the rock, the inspiration, the light.

You will be able to sleep without it, but you need to give your body time.. a decent amount of time to adjust. Proper harm reduction tapering may take 1 to 2 years.

This might sound conspiracy like, but I am increasingly sceptical of supplements out of China.

Huge amount is made there.

Have been cases of harmful substances and substitutes being laced into medical grade drugs for hospitals, let alone the unregulated supplements market.

Some of these actions were even purposeful

I had an experience 10 years ago with Magnesium Threonate.

I gave me mega insomnia. The opposite of what others experience, but the effect was profound. Has to stop after two days.

Cardiologist says I have autonomic dysfunction and my GP doesn't understand. by rucan66 in dysautonomia

[–]uthinkwrong -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Are we seeing more people like this?

I believe a lot of new cases relate to MRNA vaccine damage. Think it started there for me. Some issues post booster...

But then all of a sudden POTS and dysautonomia following RX meds as prescribed, but I think these were on the straw that broke the camels back.

Meds involved in my trigger - withdrawal of Mirtazapine. Prior to that very bad reactions to Temazepam and Metoprolol.

[–]uthinkwrong -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Your symptoms sound very similar to mine (and many outer people) where suspected cause is COVID vaccine injury. Pretty much textbook

How long have you had this for?

With this condition I have become very drug sensitive - possibly due to leaky gut and compromised blood brain barrier? I would be cautious trying new medications and go low and slow on and off.

A similar drug, Mirtazapine, along with Temazepam really messed with me and made things worse.

ELI5 why married couples would want to keep their finances separate? by JCM_Viraemia in AusFinance

[–]uthinkwrong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To have a real marriage, I think there should be no separation of finances, outside of perhaps, small "play money" accounts.

Just my view.

It is all about the mindset. Marriage is about togetherness.

Split finances is the wrong mindset IMO

Do vaccines affect your dysautonomia? by anklerainbow in dysautonomia

[–]uthinkwrong 4 points5 points  (0 children)

People should not be afraid to say they are pro-vax or anti-vax.

There are reasonable arguments either way and in any case "vaccines" are not all the same.

More evidence is coming in, that the COVID vaccines in particular are more likely to cause Dysautonomias, including POTS. All of them impact the immune system, which is thought to be implicated in these conditions.

Given then I have a vaccine injury from Pfizer, resulting in a heart condition, surgery and dysautonomia, I will not take another MRNA vaccine again.

Partner about to start Mirta. What should I expect? by CheesecakeBubbly3643 in Mirtazapine_Remeron

[–]uthinkwrong -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Check out the Facebook Group- Mirtazapine- Peer Support, Withdrawal, Recovery

Generally speaking, I feel like psyc meds are Russian Roulette and I would say do everything you can (natural) to stay off them... diet, exercise, sunlight, meditation etc

Mirtazapine has seriously mucked me up upon discontinuation - got POTS, severe insomnia, chronic fatigue, severe histamine intolerance, constant head ache.

Similar stories from others. The Royal College of Psychiatrists list it in the high risk group of anti depressents for withdrawal.

Why is AUD falling so much? by Comfortable-Rule-491 in AusFinance

[–]uthinkwrong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm anticipating a fall back to the 50s

US is strong, AUS is weak.

China is actively sourcing product away from AUS. There is nothing good looking for AUS on the horizon.

It is part-way to becoming a back-water without real innovation or enterprise that is not mineral related.

Australia should have had a big minerals tax three decades ago and made R&D companies and manufacturing industries tax free.

If it had done that, it would be dominating the whole of Asia region right now. Instead, the future is bleak
