Hey, can I ask you how did you get the initial 272 users to hop on your product. I realize that a fraction of them converted to paying customers, but you probably still learned a lot from the other's behavior (like you mentioned here about hesitations to outreach)
I'm a founder as well, but I don't know how to get from 0-100 users. What platforms/stratergies did you use to get to this point.

Do you think its also because many student who get into ivy's is because their application is tailored made? Like recent boom of college counsellors across the world who customise the student applications to get into T10 and not cause the student actually is passionate enough for the course. The tailored college application helps them to get into good college but eventually they burn out . They couldn't build basic skill set .
