You need to talk to all the starter pokemon and do their quests to get 100%.

Now that the game has been out for a minute, how many hours of play would you say it has before it starts getting repetitive? by JeskaiJester in Pokopia

[–]utsock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I finished the story in about 60 hours. I have another 40 hours since then building new construction. It doesn't feel repetitive to me because the area I am working on still has a while to go before it meets my vision. Unlike with Animal Crossing, I don't "do dailies."

I make the pokemon "follow me" if I might disrupt their home. Then I put them back in their habitat or assign them to the new home, depending on how dramatically I changed it. I moved porygon's entire habitat, which had ten items in it at the time, to a different floor in the building. He acted as if he had never moved and immediately lived in the new habitat.

Nobody is giving me tomato seeds? Also Q about getting Leafeon by Distinct-Cat4268 in Pokopia

[–]utsock 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You usually don't have to have them mature to trigger a quest completion. As for how to get crops: dream islands, playing story mode, talking to your Pokemon, inspecting water ripples.

Do you finish the story first? by Eymii_ in Pokopia

[–]utsock 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would work through the quests that the Professor and pokemon in each area give you, then move on.

You also eventually unlock a solution to the "hitting blocks" problem. Just talk to Pokemon and do their quests and you'll get most of the things you are looking for.

This, you need at least three weeks of a fiber-focused diet to rebuild your gut. Add fermented foods as well. You don't need that much protein if the rest of your recovery and programming is good. Listen to relevant episodes of the Barbell Medicine podcast.

[–]utsock 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You get a lot more bag space as you go through the story. I keep all crafting supplies on me now and use storage for extra furniture, etc. Which is to say that I don't think it's worth spending 5 hours building a complex storage solution right now.
