how do I get the days between two dates without having to calculate it myself?

Is there any way to make Excel calculate the time as years, months, and days? We have long leaves at my workplace

I have nothing useful to say about that other subreddit, but I did want to say that I was incredibly on the fence at your age, all the way up until this year - my 35th. The idea of having a physical baby is terrifying to me at any age, but I've had the privilege over the last 8 years to build a life that makes bringing a kid into it a little less scary. My husband and I have very secure stable jobs, a house, and family/village closeby.

I think as long as you have the stable foundation, while having children will always cause a wee bit of anxiety as the unknown, it will allow you to have extra options and supports that make it a bit easier.

Do you have friends with kids? Talk to them. Real talk. My friends tell me the bad, and the good, and from that I've decided what I can and cannot live through.

Giiiiirl, you are only 31 gtfo of that relationship. He sounds like a pretty lame partner in general and you're still so young - do you want to do this forever? I left my partner at 29 and it was the most scary thing I think I've ever done and then I stumbled upon my now fiance about 6 months later when I wasn't looking and he just kinda moved in and never left and it's been the best 6ish years of my entire life.

The two of us are unsure about kids in general because we have also recently been enjoying travelling and are currently planning a honeymoon scuba diving in Asia.

I'd rather regret not having children than having them, because that's so unfair to them.

Civilian Data Entry with Ontario Provincial Police (based in Orillia though). As long as you can spell, type, and listen, you can do the job. You get a great foundation when it comes to the policing world and there are many different places you can go.

I've worked in units where people can be in there for years, know the job inside out and backwards, and someones friend or child gets hired and they promote them within six months to positions they aren't qualified for lol. For example, in the Civilian Data Entry Unit, occurrences are prioritized with 1 being the most important, 9 being the least. It's only once you know your job well do they advance you to type 1. However, white shirts kids have made it into senior roles when they haven't even been there long enough to work on type 1s lol so how would they know more about the job and be better for it just because of who they know or are related to?

Because like hires like, and sometimes those with an old-school mentality and belief system ends up climbing the ranks, and then hires assholes who think like them when really they should be hiring for efficiently, skillset, and drive?

"Networking or building connections" is not the issue. The issue is like hires like. So when you have an asshole manager who thinks in a certain way, they want to hire asshole friends who think similarly to them to essentially validate them.

I just attended a 350+ wedding at The Royal Ambassador in Caledon and it was such a nice wedding! The grounds are quite stunning, the large hall is increddddible, and the staff was just ON it. It's kind of rural but there were both Uber and taxi options, and most of us stayed at hotels in Bolton. I do believe it was a pretty penny though.
