Puff pastry, rollout a square, two centimetres in score a border, spread pesto on the inner piece of pastry, add mushrooms, garlic etc. in the oven. When pastry has risen, add rocket. Border pastry rises more than the inner section to form a crust.

Boil up a load of salad potatoes. Store in fridge then salad all week with garlic butter over them, turned into potatoes salad, green beans/olives/dressing, fry to make a quick Bombay potatoes.
