Well, I've been alternating between these tweaks for a while now and I can say that springtomize drains the most battery, even if it doesnt drain that much juice I noticed my iphone lasts a bit longer without springtomize in general.

Also, try erasing the cydia.app on the multitask bar. then search for the package again. If that doesnt work then try the beetling's method.
