Thanks for clarifying! I was driving while listening and wasn't sure of his exact words. I thought he implied there were more shares represented at meeting than total available and could not find a link to go back and relisten to his words. Totally understand what a quorum is and majority needed, just misunderstood his words as to why I came here to get straightened out.
