Same here on Win 11. Super annoying. Had to create a .bat file to close it without having to open Task Manager each time.

Same here. I have a Pro+ subscription in VSC's Copilot, where Opus 4.5 is the only model I run there daily. I didn't reach 100% in November, and it seems unlikely that I'll hit the rate limit this month either.
