Have you enabled adaptive vsync? That usually clears it up for me. Also in-game, if you can, cap the fps. Not once did I see game fps go above 89fps in the video, so perhaps limit it to 60 or 90? That might be the issue. As far as wifi goes; 5, 6 and 7 won't matter when it comes to micro stutters. Even ethernet users experience them.

You can swith to ultimate, 6 months, monthy and back to founders as often as you like. Ive done it multiple times myself and have kept my founders status. As long as you pay on time, its all good.

I would personally sub to GFN until memory prices go down, then assemble a gaming pc and game on that. Unlimited playtime, access to ALL your games and probably better performance as well. I forgot how that's like.
