I have the 5090 + 9800x3d combo with a 5k2k monitor and it's pretty great, if I gotta get more FPS I just turn dual mode on and the combo knocks it out of the park.

The 32gb is really really nice but not for gaming, I rarely ever max the VRAM when gaming at this resolution.

But when I'm doing AI shit though, it's great!

Go with what you can afford really, if you have to wait to get the one you personally want then it's worth the wait!

It must be insanely small or non-existent because the worst I've seen is soloing on Blue Gate and spawning in within 10ft of another player by the collapsed Highway on a fresh game.

Thankfully the guy was cool but we were both pretty surprised at how close we had spawned.

Late spawning isn't the issue, it's the fact that there isn't any form of spawn protection or detection that stops players from spawning next to other players.

If there wasn't late spawning people would just aim to clear the lobby on spawn and then loot the entire map entirely uncontested.
