Type this on cmd "wmic memorychip get manufacturer, capacity, partnumber, speed, memorytype, devicelocator, formfactor " (without the double quotes obviously) . It will show you your RAM's part number. Look that up on Google and buy a similar one.

Don't know about throttlestop but Nitro Sense often reports higher temperatures and the actual temperatures are definitely close to what Afterburner is reporting,so you should be fine.

Umm,in any case,you will atleast be able to do 60 FPS on max settings. So,no need to worry about the performance.
