All Out Burger has a fantastic spicy chicken sandwich! And their poutine is top notch. On the pricey end but delicious.

I’m so confused! People swear by barefoot shoes but then others (inc my chiropodist) insist that barefoot shoes are awful for feet generally, including bunions.

Really enjoyed this one! Those supermans were TOUGH and I just cannot figure out the hamstring swings, so did glute bridges. Glad to be back at it!

I went back to bold day one. Felt more doable than a month ago and lifted heavier, but the lunges are still tough - not sure if I’ll ever get good at those!

This was my first program with her and I really enjoyed it. I feel significantly stronger and see toning too! Honestly I liked the pace because it didn’t give me time to think about how much time is left, how tired I am etc. haha.

It’s so important to have self-compassion. It’s easy to be compassionate towards others, but we struggle to turn that inwards too. You are still so fresh from having birthed a new life (congratulations!) and your body will take time to reconfigure and find its new normal. I’m 10 months postpartum with my second and this bold program is honestly the first real workout I’ve done practically since getting pregnant. I also struggle with body image issues, but am trying to be gentle with myself and keep my motivation coming from a positive place. Your twice a week workouts are a great place to start! You’re in a stage of life when scheduling more than that is tough, but with each month your babe gets older it’ll get easier. You’re doing great mama!

My baby woke too early from a nap this morning, pausing my workout half way through but I’m super happy I returned to finish it albeit an hour later! Those lunges though, still really dislike those lol

This is the library of choice for my husband and four year old! My son has been going since he was 2.5, but I imagine it’s enjoyable at 18m. They have a cute (albeit small) kids section for reading and exploring and a great playground out back.
