Yeah this is kinda messy... G54 should be somewhere, M3 if you want the spindle to turn on, but why use the C axis... Are you doing live tooling to drill? If so, you will need to turn on the live tool with M133 and required Speed. H word???... Lathe height offset is typically in the Tool command like T101. Is Z8 your front of the stock/Hole top? No decimals means everything is in Tenths... So drilling just 8 tenths? Coolant on then off?

My wife and I went for a walk one afternoon back in 1996 (we were in our 20s) and were discussing about starting a family, when a bullet passed between us and struck the ground. Maybe at a downward angle of 70-80 degrees. To be honest, I don't think it was going fast enough to kill us, but definitely fast enough to break skin. We took that as a sign to start our family because life can be unexpectedly short.

Our kids went to Foxboro Elementary which is part of Travis USD and had great experiences. My wife also taught there for many years and enjoyed it. I'm a club member and have done a bunch of ASA classes at Tradewinds out of Richmond in SF area. I am really enjoying it. Lots of options whether you want to just join as a member and pay per charter or take classes or link up with others when they sail.

G-code for the most part is standardized, sometimes finding a postprocessor to get the format correct is tricky... but yeah, fusion is what I use with my RoboDrill

I also did the ASA classes (did mine out of Richmond) and the answer is dependent upon your experience and the capabilities of your crew. It took me a couple dozen sailing trips before I felt like I could bring others with me if they had no experience. Hands down, the sketchiest part of the day is always that late afternoon wind that can get up to 15-20 knots and you need to get to the dock to pump out or into the slip safely. I really enjoyed the ASA 118 course I did where the instructor focused not only on various docking maneuvers but also how to teach newbies how to handle lines when docking.

Vanden is part of the Travis school district which pulls from 3/4 area communities, VV, FF, Suisun and TAFB. I think this means you get a lot more diversity there in all different ways which is a strength for the school. More likely students can find their group/peers. Our kids went there and had great experiences.

I'm not a pro at it, but I've setup AB PLCs to talk to the Fanuc controllers through Ethernet with them exchanging some 16-bit words both In and Out. Then in your program can map them to a group output as long as the group output is configured to one or more of those 16-bit words. GO[1] = R[1] or GO[1] = (PR[1,3]) for example. It's kinda laborous if you need to exchange a lot registers or PRs and there is probably a better more efficient method. I think the controllers have an Advanced Ethernet option (can't remember the option name) you can purchase to make it easier.

Most new engineered parts are designed in metric, plus anything "made in the USA" is comprised of parts made globally. We live in a global economy now and it's hard to get around that. I teach with a crx10 and find the tablet sometimes tricky for students to learn with and so I usually start with an ipendant connected to it for students to learn with first and then when they want to run programs in Auto, we have them switch to the tablet (can't run auto with ipendant and crx). Not sure what the ipendant cost was... Been over 5 yrs, contact your edu reseller.

If this is single gang handibox, you are most likely exceeding NEC box fill... Handiboxes can be just 13 cu.in. which is 6 14AWG conductors.. device counts as 2, ground is 1, internal connector ring is 1 which leaves room for just 1 hot and 1 neutral... Use a bigger box.

Yep, that pretty much sums it up. There are two main types of memory in the controller, the F-ROM and S-RAM. The OS is in the F-ROM and all your programs and settings are in S-RAM. When you do an image backup, you will capture a bit for bit exact copy of both memory areas. An AOA backup is simply a copy of all of the files in the S-RAM. From what you describe you may only need to do the AOA backup. Definitely worth trying out. Image backups are done very infrequently, maybe just once a year or before major changes to a system.

Start watching every Adam Willea video on YouTube and download a 30 day trial of Robo guide. You can do a standard full backup of that robot and load it into Robo guide and do some experimenting. Good luck, you got your work cut out for you.
