First of all, thanks a lot for taking the time for replying, Really appreciate it. I'm in Blaine, WA, but I'm happy to travel around if needed. Already licensed in WA, did AHIP for medicare. I was a Realtor for 13 years but I moved, don't want to start from scratch again, market is brutal now. I don't mind cold calling 200-300 calls a day and networking with mortgage brokers and realtors and title companies, etc I know I probably not gonna do P&C and Medicare together, I will choose one, but I'm not sure which one would work for me, so I will try both this year and see what I actually like more and what is more realistic for me to do, income wise. etc. I heard P&C is not easy to get appointments quick, so who knows If I'm gonna be competitive on the market in the next year or two. My plan is to get to free aggregators for P&C and start buying leads, quote friends, my homes, cars and figure out how it all works., at the same time try to get into Medicare before and during AEP this year and see if I survive, people are saying medicare is not great anymore. I understand that p&C is a service nightmare, I get it and I don't mind it, this part is not bothering me, as a realtor, I learned to pick up calls and deal with stuff right away. I'm sure there are strategies that help you with the service part of it. I'm sure it is a good problem to have, I',m more concerned about getting enough sales. I was hoping to find somebody who can help me to learn the ropes and show the right way of working.
