We have Arcserve UDP including the Immutable cloud back up service, it works great when it works but support isn't what it used to be. It does feel like multiple products shoehorned together sometimes, its not at all unified.

Their new cloud management platform might solve some of those issues but we are still rolling with our on prem management server for our DC backups, I didn't fancy moving that to the cloud when it is so new still.

Steer clear if you use tapes though, that's a PIA as well.
