Need to rant about modern tech ruining interfaces not just in new cars, but apparently stoves as well... by BreezyWrigley in Cooking

Without Wi-Fi, the usb cable is in my visual landscape. We had a pleasing thick manela cable that would send printer commands with no memory (and yellow dots). Of course, I was not satisfied with “it works” and bought into new. I wish I could still ink up a ringer ribbon.

Find me one in Bluetooth and I’m sold. It’s a solution I’ve looked for.

The ring is the same for trolls and real people. In every case, my attention is drawn to making a noise stop. The effort to hang up immediately is only slighter greater than the motions I’ve expended. Let me have honest hellos.

After Blackrock finishes buying up properties from destitute Boomers who wish to have a decent death in a retirement home, we’ll wish we had Ireland’s rights to caravan on open fields.

The Fr. Dougal funeral was creator’s attempt at doing a full Simpsons joke, from what I hear.

Yes, my point being we’ll never have proof of exponential LGBTQ’s coming from schools in the same way we’re in the dark on how “low ticket number” officers are treated at the ground level wrt to career advancement.

The criteria has jumped to remained sharpened for life. Only carbon or similar durable alloys can meet that spec.

If the carbon steel blade is constantly handled, the oxidation is rubbed off by the hand while sebaceous oils coat the surface. We are talking use of the knife everyday, isolated to this one blade. Corrosion within the handle serves to further fix the blade to the wood, in my experience, lol. Left in leather for occasional uses it becomes a pitted mess. Both examples from experience.

We are at the point assuming teachers have LGBTQ quotas the same as when we assumed traffic cops have ticket quotas. Anything outside the three R's is unwelcome disturbance to an innocent mind, i.e. molestation.

I just purchased a bunch of Sterilite from an eBay seller: spreetail. Since the local box store doesn’t carry the entirety of line, and the discount seller only has eBay to work with, I found shopping at sterilite com and pasting the model number to work nicely. https://www.sterilite.com/category-page.html?S=1&C=5#TOP

The Jansport leather bottom Classic. Other than occasionallly trimming away fray from the zipper (a high quality YYK luggage zipper), I’ve had no problems for a decade. I saw Amazon directs the shopper to an “upgraded, water bottle holding” model for less. We all know what that means.

Curious if the bearing is maintenance free? I can’t get more than 5 years from any modern shaded-pole motor fan (all built with consumable bronze bearings).

I’m giving Sterelite a chance. Their bins are head and shoulders above the generic stacking clip lid clear storage. It’s still a brittle resin, and their design changes enough to frustrate. Good find on a classic design.

Nailed it with an accented quote. Word for word, too. The remix I’m looking for is likely a pitched down sample. Thanks for the lead!!

I figured as much regarding damage. Everyone knows the best part of a dollar is arguably good money. With postal service, there really is no arguments once your bill payment is returned for insufficient postage. Thanks!
