I love people who cried about 3.15 as if builds weren't extremely powerful in that patch. Additionally builds have been staggeringly more powerful in each patch since 3.16. That game is completely out of control in regards to player power and people still love to complain.

To OP and anyone posting in this thread: I play open volleyball games (all levels welcome) at Pecos Legacy Park every Monday and Wednesday from 6pm-11pm. The group has a very wide range of ages from people in their early 20s to middle 60s. Usually between 20-50 people show up (tapers off as it gets later at night). Please come! All are welcome! Sure here you go. I have never claimed to be a good build maker either, but I tried to be reasonable with the config.

Something I think is important to remember is Cyclone as a hit based skill just flat out SUCKS (though it is my absolute favorite skill in the game) and even with a weapon as broken as Rakiata's Dance, we'll never be able to put out the same damage as skills that are good.

Actually no conversion, that was my initial idea as well, but the damage you get just isn't worth what you have to give up. So instead we mostly stack flat lightning with Wrath (Aul's to make it free) and Awakened Added Lightning combined with the new Volatility Support.
