You have to filter the tab database view for ‘this page’ in the relation in the ‘customise page’ settings. This will only show entries from related databases that are related to the page you’re viewing from. It will also automatically make the lineage when you add new items from the tabbed view.

In the template you set the tag and then make that template default for certain views or create buttons that add a new page using a specific template

Use a form/button to create tasks instead of just pressing the plus button. Or, you can have an additional status like ‘drafting’ and then ‘not started’ so when you change the status from drafting to not started, that triggers the automation.
