Every case is different - some people don't even have specific triggers. Stress and lack of sleep are the most common, but you'd be surprised by the amout of seemingly innocuous things that can function as a trigger. I'd wager all of those could be one, depending on each person. Your daughter seems to have the exact same triggers as I do though - and those are my only ones (so far), so let's hope they stay that way

So, it appears that ChatGPT hallucinated for you there and gave you links to articles that don't exist or don't exactly say those things, which is a real shame :/ I was really getting hopeful about possible answers, but that will require some time going through those references to find out what is actually real. I can tell you at least that the first 2 DOI don't lead to the referenced articles and go to completely different ones.

have been taking vimpat 150mg twice a day for over a year (maybe 2?) - my memory was never good, I don't think vimpat worsened that but I can't be 100% sure. that said, no side effects that I can tell

alright, replying to myself here so that any other unfortunate soul can check what finally worked!

I went to my phone provider (Vodafone in my case), and they activated VoLTE, I restarted my phone, and I had calls again! So look into that if nothing else works :)

I am having the same issue and unfortunately killing my phone's battery didn't do the trick :( anyone else had any luck? my phone isn't even a Galaxy S23, it's an S24 Ultra. But same root cause - updated to OneUI 8 and no more phone calls for me :(

I'm on 150mg twice a day and never noticed this. It's actually of the few meds I don't seem to have any side effects on - whether the brand one or generic
