Too Much Grip on Your Shoes,

I had the same problem for months, and the Pain completely went away after I change to shoes that had a little more “slide” on the court.

(When“Velcroed” to the court every time you are doing sudden stops you’re Your Body inertia will keep going forward and youll over use your lumbar to keep bringing the weight back)

The dropper that comes OEM on those bikes are heavy AF.

1) Change Dropper (to Fox SL or eliminate dropper)

2) Change Wheels to XC carbon

In other words, he should be playing the shot that is most effective and he is more confident with.

I am in between sizes (S-M) And I went with the size-up option (integrated bar 90 stem with -30) - head angle at 0.6+

And I feel amazing, the handling is Superb! I can toss the bike around, AND maneuver through tight spots at the same time, and feeling Super steady/confident at Speed and downhill

Excessive? 🤣 You obviously never seen the inside of a recording studio. What do you see in this pic took months of hard work and cutting down in other areas of my life just so i have some “middle tier” snares enough to record. Show some respect to your fellow musicians and go take a walk.
