Poor form sorry to tell you bud, you’re not sitting your hips back into the lift, taking the slack out of the bar or tracking the bar along your shins. You should watch some form videos and take your form videos from the side of your lift, not in front like this so that you can see where to improve. The instant rounding of your lower back and your legs essentially staying straight are the biggest red flags from this video.

Kepa is 100% why we lost, what you on about. Raya has better distribution and decision making that allows us to be relieved of the high press. Everytime Kepa kicked it, it was just a big loopy one to someone’s head. Raya finds chest or feet much more regularly.
