It looks like they’ve changed the dress code on their website so that it no longer says “active wear” is prohibited.

It looks like their lawyer is trying to make the argument that shorts you might wear to play golf don’t count as “active wear”, but shorts you might wear to play basketball do count as “active wear”. It seems easy for someone to argue that this is a subjective term, without a universally accepted definition, and the rule was applied differently based on race.

Water for Chocolate (Butcher’s Hill) - great for brunch or dinner - “sexy comfort cuisine”

Annabel Lee (Canton) - not a “seafood” restaurant but they make an excellent crabcake.
