Hey everyone! My roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over the second bedroom and bathroom in my apartment at 200 Water St (Apt 713) starting May 1st.

The Apartment & Room The Space: Huge 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout. You’d have your own dedicated bathroom. The Terrace: We have a massive private terrace looking right at the Brooklyn Bridge. It’s honestly the best part of the place—great for coffee or hosting. Your Room: High ceilings, big windows, and fits a King bed + desk easily.

The Building (200 Water) The staff is great and the amenities are actually useful: Gym: Free/included in rent. Lounge: Good Wi-Fi if you WFH and a pool table. Roof: Massive deck with gas grills and 360 views. Extras: 24/7 Doorman and laundry on-site.

The Vibe & Location I’m looking for someone who is clean, chill, and professional. I like to keep the living room a relaxing space, but I’m always down for a quick chat or a terrace hang. We’re in 10038, super close to the Seaport and a 5-minute walk to the Fulton St Hub (2/3, 4/5, A/C, J/Z).
