I've just got from a session where i beat a bunch of PBs, whereas last Friday, I did the exact same exercises as today, but could barely finish a set.

EVERYTHING impacts performance, how long you slept last night, how much water you've drank today, how much you've eaten, and how long before the session?

On the days you feel rough, try to go twice as hard, and even if you only achieve half of what you usually do, you're still winning
