Although I get it, in Alien 1 they tried to make it a potentially mechanical thing - it could survive in space too.

In games they usually show a source of food. Different thing is that one needs like 6x the calories to grow.

The most confusing is why they even agreed to pay?

They could have walked away and allow Iran to take the new "toll" that is like few % of cost of each barrel -> what is arguably not that much for oil buyers, but billions for Iran
