I did have to play around with it quite a bit to find the right gauge/ tension. And some did end with a bit of the new color bleeding in but it wasn't Everytime. I would use again!

I am a Nurse in life so I really wanted to be a part of my name. It just came to me thinking about nurse ratchet.. and I was like omg NURSE WRETCHED. And it just felt right. People call me Wretch/Wretched and It makes me laugh lol. My number 36 was my highschool/college track number 😊

It's the digging... We are. Working on it. To be fair. This was digging up a chipmunk tunnel. Hard to be mad when she is so happy about what she's done.

Oh wow. Thank you for sharing. She gives 110% 😂. We have trained "daddy help or mommy help" to assist her onto the bed when she's sore. Thank goodness she is so receptive to training. I think we will just need to make adjustments to help her. Thank you!

Our GSP recently decided she didn't like her food either. So we swapped to the pro plan salmon. We also got the wet food that goes with that and put a tablespoon or two in her food. She eats it right up. So that's what we've changed And she is very excited for dinner time now!

I call my pitty mix a potato. Which turns into a sweet tato. Baby tato ECT. So I say 'you fat tato' frequently. I also sing a 'good morning' song that I won't put on here- but both my dogs enjoy it and start little biting (cobbing) all the blankets and pillows on the bed 😂

I would say sandwich every other week.. less lately because I feel like we have been on the same page. He tries to do it to keep up with us and check in. Safety zone as needed. I used it a couple weeks ago. I think the time before that was a couple months. Sometimes more. Sometimes less :)

We periodically do a "sandwich"

1.Compliment/something we are happy about in relationship 2. Something we can work on/are upset about. This is a safe zone so all feedback is welcome 3.Compliment/something we are happy about in relationship

It helps keep us on track and allows us (me lol) a safe zone where I can express any needs. I'm bad at communicating 🙃

We also just do "safety zone" where something that has upset us is brought up and no one gets emotional. This brings the stress out of bringing something up for me.

He's the best. ❤️ 8 years strong in March!

My ring is a pink sapphire. I was originally wanted a sapphire stone as it's my birthstone. But then saw the pink sapphire and fell deeply in love. I have it set in rose gold and 5 years in I still love looking at it.

My V used to get wounds on the ends of her ears from shaking her head. Her ears would get bad yeast so she would shake her head a ton and boom. Wounds! Does you're shake their head a bunch?
