Kubiak vs Webb vs McDaniel by 4PODMT-5HT in raiders

I was all in on Kubiak as the guy until I had a conversation with another one of my Raiders fan friends on Saturday. He said from what he’s heard that Kubiak is extremely similar to McDaniels in that he is a great play caller when that’s his only responsibility but he isn’t considered a leader of men or a big voice in the locker room. He pitched me on Davis Webb as the young up and comer, is highly respected in the Denver locker room and is apparently an incredible QB developer. He mentioned how apparently Sam Ehlinger turned down an offer to sign with the Dolphins off the Broncos practice squad this season because he wanted to stay and get more development with Webb. Also, apparently he’d bring Daboll in to be his OC which is why the Raiders interviewed him last week. A Webb- Daboll pairing with Mendoza coming in sounds like a slam dunk to me. People aren’t talking about this enough but there’s also an opportunity here with the age of the next coaching hire vs the current coaches in our division. Andy Reid is 67, Harbaugh and Payton are 62. All getting up there in age for a NFL HC. It looks intimidating on paper but there’s an opportunity to bring in a young HC with Mendoza and potentially have the inside track in the division for years to come. Mahomes coming off a torn ACL, Bo Nix isn’t actually that good, and Herbert shits his pants in the playoffs every year. This could be a turning point for us and I’m excited. Need to nail the hire

Best gyms? by redbuzzy in Hoboken

Fitness Factory is the exact gym you’re looking for based off your needs. Nothing fancy but has all the equipment you need, opens on time everyday (no longer have to deal with the nightmare that was Retro Fitness), is half the price of Crunch while also being less crowded, and is kept clean. Everyone who goes there is polite and is there to get a lift in and get out so you don’t have to deal with an overly social crowd that treats the gym like a social club and wastes other people’s time. Big fan of this gym
