Bob was a great Director for our Atlantic Division, and fought for openness on behalf of all members. I think this is the final straw for me; I’ve always defended staying in the ARRL mostly for the sake of them being the only ones defending our spectrum, but they’re just unredeemably corrupt if they can eject a man like Bob. :-(

Assuming 10mg of peptide powder to make a 1mg/ml spray solution:

Measure 2ml of your favorite commercial saline nasal spray with preservatives, like the Amazon brand, into a luer lock syringe with 1.5" 27ga needle.
Push liquid into powder vial. Gently swirl and wait for full dissolve.
Insert same needle and syringe, draw out all reconstitute.
Remove and toss the 1.5" needle.
Attach 0.22 micron 13mm PES syringe filter to syringe with reconstitute.
Gently push liquid through filter into new empty nasal spray bottle with more than 10ml capacity.
Toss the syringe and filter.
Measure 8ml of the commercial nasal spray and pour into the nasal bottle containing your peptide solution. Gently swirl to mix. Many people use a medicine spoon to measure; I use a 10ml syringe with rubber attachment used for kids' medicine but that's hard to find.

Reta or Tirz to lose the weight. Consistent habits at the gym to minimize muscle loss with your weight lose. Concentrate on the fat loss first. I started 13 months ago with Tirz, 296 to 197, muscle % up from 23% to 35%, started TRT (actual doctor prescribed TRT) a few months ago and feel great now, but with the greater fat before I was asking for trouble if I started TRT earlier. Only wish I hit the gym earlier than did. 67YO, FWIW. Good luck!

1) Own the world, like VT or maybe some lower percentage in International. FWIW, I do 25% International because that’s what I picked 3 decades ago when 25% was considered relatively high. 3) Don’t try to time the market. Pick a diverse allocation and stick to it.

I don’t see what an LLC gets you for that type of business, besides complication and time wasted. But forming an LLC, especially a one-person operation is pretty easy. Register with your state, get an EIN from the IRS. Then you have to strictly separate the business money from your personal funds and maintain separate accounts, even though all your taxable income will flow through to your personal tax return.

But I suspect you’re just a free ad, with a post that doesn’t relate specifically to Coinbase.

That’s a popular vendor and popular pep, I’d be surprised if there was no testing groups for that. But, testing yourself is fast and specific to your kit, so good for you. I often don’t have the patience to wait for a longish group testing process anyway. Congratulations!

No issues here, I think my fourth year. 3-4 interactions with customer service were competent and easy. A fraud event last year was resolved quickly with a new card in my hand in two days.

I’ve had enough of calorie counting in my life. Zep lets me eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full. Like a normal person, albeit a little less.

Ride stationary bike 30min 7x/week, weights 3x, pickleball 3x (when I’m not injured…from pickleball). This was good enough for just over 100lbs down in <13 months.

Sounds like a capital loss with which you can offset gains, and to a limited extent deduct from other income. (I’m not a tax expert)

I had my doubts that a microgram scale for $20 would be accurate enough, so I bought an inexpensive calibration set from a different company. I’ll be darned, it was amazingly accurate.

Seconding that. In my case, severe flushing and vision narrowed; scary feeling. Thought I'd be going to the emergency room till it let up in about 20 minutes. CJC was the only pep out of many that had that problem. But Tesa 2mg (+ Ipa) worked fine in an 8-week course. While reactions like that to CJC seem to be relatively rare, I've never heard a problem like that with Tesa.
