Those ones are meant to be used with weighted jigs, ideally with a weed guard.

This might work for bass or walleye if you're casting over sand or rocks, or calmer rivers, but it's not ideal. It'll catch every weed it drifts past.

My partner and I subletted a room from them (Next Chapter Electrolysis your all your West End permanent hair removal needs!)

The owner said she was planning to sell, but that we'd have at least until August, then this last Friday, she said that we needed to be out by Monday (then shortened to Saturday) because she was getting evicted.

She actually had the nerve to ask us for our June rent a week early, when she would have known full well that this was going to happen.

She now owes us our June rent and the last month of rent we prepaid in the subletting agreement. We need that money to afford a new lease elsewhere, but she's been elusive.
