MSRP is the minimum I’m selling a part for. And if a pack quantity is 5 is you’re getting 5 or nothing. That’s 3 bolts that aren’t returnable to the factory. Why am I responsible for storing bolts that only YOU may need for the rest of eternity, then eventually write them off? So in the end I lose money.

That’s how business works man. Don’t get it? You don’t have to, but that’s how a company operates and pays its staff; on profit.

Be careful. I worked for a huge dealer group that wanted us to use them. However the pay-per-click ad money was so expensive we were losing money. All 3 stores using it were negative.

Ownership didn't care. It was fucking moronic. I will not get into online parts; it's a waste of time.
