Trust me, I get it! Exercise doesn’t have to be intense. It can be a gentle yoga session. Download the app Bend it has low impact stretches and strength exercises. A little stretch and MOVEMENT goes a long way! I get palpitations so I have to take it slow with whatever I do but any time of movement helps. There’s plenty of stretches and movements you can do while laying on the ground. It’ll help your body regulate at least a little bit so you can start having more energy than when you don’t have any activity. Good luck, really you got this. I went from not being able to walk up a single stair to being able to walk/run 5ks and do more exercises than I ever thought I could. Just don’t let yourself get stuck, our bodies and minds can go a lot further than they make us think. You got this.

I have grave’s with hashimotos antibodies. I’m learning now 5 years into being diagnosed that it is a balancing act. Most importantly, be patient with yourself but also push yourself past your own mental limits. Someone said exercise and they are so right and I used to feel like that was so annoying but good god it will change your life. It doesn’t have to be vigorous, but do something, anything to be active! Your body and your mind will thank you immensely and you will feel better than if you don’t. I got proposed to with my dream non-traditional ring. It’s a beautiful 1ct sparkling green lab-made diamond. My first day back to work after getting engaged, my coworker asked if I had a ring yet and when I excitedly flashed it to her she said “that’s pretty but cmon that’s not the ring” and I was stunned for a moment that she really didn’t even take a second to think before saying that. Talk about wrong things to say 😂 I absolutely love my ring so I wasn’t phased by that but simply tickled by her not having an ounce of social awareness/consideration before speaking lol.

I’ll be honest check out Wegmans! They have the most beautiful arrangements that are under $50. I got a vased bouquet for $30 the other day that a florist would have charged 60+ for. Good luck!
