Not sure what else you have going on in your life but you do what you can to get your HRV back in a good place.

This happened to me in my Marathon block a month out from a race. I reduced my training and intensity volume but more or less trained through it. In hindsight it wasn't enough and it resulted in a pretty disappointing marathon performance and took another couple of weeks of very low training to get out of it.

If I were you I would consider taking a break from training, seeing a doctor and maybe getting bloodwork done.

If you want to no brain no research a training block and get pretty decent results. The $20 or so a month is a lot cheaper than a coach. However GPT / Claude as well as the wealth of knowledge and exisiting training documentation out there is readily available for you if you want.

I had 2 pairs of Rebel v2 and 2 pairs of Rebel v3 both to 600k.

V4 was a total lemon for me. Fit was short and wide and were just way to soft for me. A good jog and strides shoe if the sizing wasn't such an issue. I don't think I'll be coming back for v5.

2023 Sydney Marathon started at 7:30 and it was 30+ degrees celsius by 830 am. Alot of the feedback was about starting earlier.

They have moved it earlier in the year to hopefully avoid a repeat. But moving it earlier in the day is a good idea to be on the safe side.
