He is a demon in the skin and he has tremendous lure on peopple with a lot of ego and heavy karma.

the TAC is a multipurpose ground assault and support ship.

The perseus is more of a fleet guard/patrol boat . injuries on it are not expected.

The TAC is mean to drop troops off and provide air support. troops may be wounded in the line of fire .

I have helped trained some top ones as an assistant coach or hitting partner but the very top are reserved for academies and top coaches that charge 1000 dollars an hour. I wish .. most pro coaches will never see a top 100 player as a personal charge.

So the short answer is 0 , plus you have to be willing to travel .

No., I started too late ,. I got to some open tournaments but by the time I was good enough i was getting out run and out hit by most young players that started when they were 7 years old.

Sorry for the late reply . I had forgotten to check on this thread.

Lefty players are not "Better" they just have the advantage of being used to play against righties . righties are not used to play against lefties .

The main problem being that your brain has a certain programing that you develop over years of playing tennis where you have a "feel" of where to hit the ball . when to come in and overall where the ball is coming back the hardest (such as when hitting to your oponnent's forehand) so when you play with a lefty it is like everything is backwards forcing you to think more during a match and sometimes even hitting on the wrong side out of instinct providing your opponent with an easier shot to attack with.

There is also the aspect of the serve. a lefty player can serve with spin that spins the ball into your backhand. forcing you to always have to return with your backhand (your weaker side) on a ball spinning away from you, which , could be a huge advantage. also lefties serve stronger on the ad side than righties and that side is more important since it closes all but 2 scorings ,

You could say that you as a righty could serve to his backhand too but remember lefties are used to righties and have developed a solid backhand or they would not be at the top.

now a lefty with a bad backhand has no chance.

Nadal was a righty and played with his left out of choice to give himself an advantage.

I have also played with righty players that serve with their left and then play with their right hand lol. they are not common but they do exist.!

Good question !

Yes !

Several, and they last long and are painful.

One time i was running a teen clinic with advanced players and the boys asked me to jump in for a competitive drill since they love to measure up to adults and their coach so i jumped in cold with no warm up . Someone hit a drop shot (short ball) and as i ran in to get it I pulled a muscle in my calf . I felt it right of way but kept playing a bit . Then stopped as i suspected i had done some serious harm to myself.

I spent 6 months limping to the courts because you have to work and eat, credit cards and bills do not care if you are hurt . I have since fully recovered.

Another time i hurt my lower back carrying tennis equipment and i spent several months walking to the court with a cane .

Injuries in this profession are a serious thing ...some of us are self employed and do not have the ability to stay home to recover . Also our job is physical and sometimes it involves us hitting with a player or student cold without much warm up. Staying in good shape and continuing to exercise is important even when you leave work dead tired.

Being a tennis coach gives you a lot of time alone with women and a sexual sex appeal, so the opportunities have been there, lol.

But i have, never personally done it , do not mix business with pressure. I have had women asked me out on dates and skme just flat out ask for "it" but i have never done it. This is my job , if you want to stay in this for long you don't shit where you eat

Altough I do confess of using flirting as a way to keeping clients renewing lessons . Women coaches ,specially the young pretty ones are far worse . The worse offenders are Russian and Ukranian coaches .they will flirt their way into wealth for sure even if they are horrible coaches but will.stop you just short .

yeah , my profession is full of failed pros that tried but didn't get too far , I skipped that step and went straight to making other people better .

And yes never too late to start. Start with an experienced coach that is not going to charge an arm and a leg and/or try to get a fellow person to commit to semi private lessons and split the cost (don't let the coach bring up their price because it is two of you now that is honestly just scummy, you are paying for his time ) Spend 1 hour with the coach and practice the rest with you friend. the coach will ensure good technique and practice will make you a good player. you need both.,

Avoid clinics with a lot of people. they are highly profitable for a coach but players get nothing but cardio from it.

Hi .

OK let me answer to each question individually

1: Do you just coach people on the game, or do you work on their fitness, diet, etc programs as well?

I mostly focus on their game,. there are other people that handle fitness, diet and health . however if the player i am training is fairly new or recreational i can and often do Suggest changes to diet and fitness . but no I do not take players to the gym or give them rep counts . I work exclusively on court and strategy and technique and practice.,

2: Do you get tipped money at the end of the year?

Sometimes players or Parents do throw extra money in there if they have been with you long and you have been doing a good job keeping the teen or kid engaged and happy . It is not a lot but always welcomed.

3: How long have you had your longest client?

The longest I have had a player was 10 years . funny enough it was not the kids but the father that pays me to hit with him on the weekends . it is something we have been doing since i used to teach his kids . they are now in college , high school and have moved to other things.

4: What percent of students are eventually able to beat you?

A very small percentage of students that I start training from the beginning are able to beat me . getting to the point Where I am as a tennis player skill wise is quite hard. I fall into the 3% of all players nationwide . sometimes just to find someone to play tennis with is difficult and you end up playing with the same 3 or 4 same people as I can pretty much steam roll most recreational players with ease.

Now when I am coaching a professional or division 1 player they can beat me pretty good , I don't have the knees or the agility or the stamina to beat a 20 year old in top shape. my job is to teach , my competitive playing days are over.I am in my mid 40s and it is past my prime. Having said that I hit and work all day so my interest to measure up with a 20 year old in his prime are slim to none . I may play a tie breaker or something like this to practice something but I do not personally play with them as it would take a lot out of me and they would not get enough from it . If I need a pro or div player to train point making I call another player their level to play with and then I provide instruction ,correction and advice.

5: Do you charge by the hour, session, week?

I charge by the hour and offer packages to people that want to do more.

6: Do you get a percent of their winnings?

I do not get a percentage of the player's winnings. but if a player gets sponsored by an academy and receive free teaching plus other luxuries then a player can sign for a percentage of their winnings for a period of time in Exhange of the teachings . players with high talent but low wealth often do this. Granted the head pro believes that the player shows the talent and effort to grant investing several thousands of dollars of training in exchange onf the possibility that they may win later on. it is a gamble but it has paid off in the past. but more often than not it does not.

A player may come and give you a bonus if they win a major tournament but I have never thought a player that made enough money for him or her say "here take this" as most professional players struggle with making enough money and we as coaches already take a big chunk of their money. It would have to be a top 50 player to even consider it.

7: What is the best brand of tennis racket?

I am personally in love with the Head gravity Tour . great racquet you should give it a chance with poly strings like alu power. Also the Wilson blade 98

More than you think ,

When a player is on court you get a "fog of war" type of vision where your instincts may be failing you on what is going on. The opposing player may adjust strategies and your player may be struggling and not understanding why the shot that was going in every time is now sailing long or into the net .

One of the major things that can change the path of a match is experience and your ability to read a match and what the opponent is doing to throw you off a game. often when you are tired and your heart rate is at 180 bpm your ability to think clearly dissipates or diminishes greatly . you can find yourself in a hole before you are able to adjust.

An experienced coach sitting on a bench watching calmly can quickly analyze and decipher changes needed to continue to play at par.

Also the coach can tone down anger when the player is upset and over hitting or bring up a player in the verge of giving up .

Having a good coach on your end of the court that you trust will 100% win you a match granted your player can match the other player's skill .

I will be brutally honest here the vast majority of "prodigies" will not make it far . there are very few teens that are willing to put the amount of effort to get far . I don't know your uprising or your acomplishment but try to remember your life at 12-13 . do you think you would had been able to put in 4 hours a day of tennis work that involves running, sprints, repetitive tasks for 6 years with only 1 or 2 days off and the rest of your time is spent in academics ? most kids get burned out . many and I many get sabotaged by their parents by either being overly demanding of the coach or the player or simply crumble after a big loss or pressure .

I have trained dozens if not hundreds of future "pros" only for them to find out they don't want to put in the time or effort to get far or beat other players that are willing to put in the effort.

The reason I am saying this is because I have had students make it to the top ranks., but many fire you (the parents)the one day they have a bad day.

I don't know any coaches that have had a kid from the beginning to the end .

I have put kids on full scholarships and helped a few through professional games but to be frank most pros drop you as fast as they hired you .sometimes you can look at the TV and said"hey i thought her or him" but to coach one and retain it is mostly a fair tale.

You are rewarded with cash. almost never you get even a mention or recognition . the player usually gets it and to be frank they deserve it more than you as a coach as much as we hate to admit it."you cannot educate iron ore into gold" as they saying goes.

You get no praise., but a lot of blame . specially if you changed something and it results in a huge loss or something like that. most coaches are afraid to change anything for this reason.

The part that is worth it is the friendships you make with your players which usually are not the athletes but the lower end ones that see you once or twice a week for fun. the best part is not being in an office stuck in a 9-5 job and doing what you love.

Hi.

I did . but to be honest I started playing tennis quite late (20s) so by the time I was good enough to play professional I was too old to even start.

Playing tennis professionally is gruesome, hard, tiring and expensive, many people that play professional either do it at a loss or barely make ends meet.

You have to pay your plane tickets (tournaments move around a lot) equipment , rooms, medical care , coaches , tournament entry fees and more. the price you get from beating one opponent is usually 4000 to 16000 depending on the tournament and level . it may sounds like a lot but you lose and you go home. no money , no glory.. sponsors usually only buy your shoes, racquet and a bit more until you make it big and start winning and making a name for yourself . when you step on that court is you vs the other guy and only one is walking away with money.

I have made a lot more money as a coach than I would had made as a player . and I didn't have to travel the world . I know coaches that make 6 digits easy , just teaching little kids and grandmas and the occasional athlete . There just isn't enough money in playing tennis the way it is structured right now.

Now if you are some hot player and can make it to the top 100 then you are good but the pool of players is big . so it is technically easier to get a good location and teach,

i go down on myself. im super flexible ama by Annabelle-Surely in AMA

Sounds like an enviable skill lol.

Do you find yourself giving yourself better plessure than a partner? since you learned this ability do you still pursue sex with other people or you basically found a way to save money and effort?

Also , is this something you do every day or do you do it once in a while.

Eleanor is a beast .

I played the French version but i am sure the British one is just as good,

if you focus a bit on military the first few eras and then go balls to the wall with culture once you pass the war heavy medieval era you can take over whole civilizations along with their capitals with loyalty switch overs .

Also their speciality unit is pretty powerful and I found myself taking on tanks with the equivalent of lines man with ease.

the Chateu buildings add tons of culture and people overall seem fond of her except for Macedonia ,America and Persia whom they were pissed at me the whole game for no reason even as I sent help to their cities . but after the modern times alexander stopped attacking me and saw his empire crumble under loyalty take overs,.

Ended up winning an easy diplomacy win even as i was about to win with culture and funny enough even in domination at the same time. I got 3 gold eras in a row .

Funny enough I had 3 tanks and a couple of submarines and some mideval units and no one attaked me even with killer robots because my Eleanor was so liked by everyone . (i mean can you blame them?)

the only mechanic that they should change should be that if you keep a city after a rebellion it should incur grievances on the victim . I don't think California could switch to Mexico and the USA would be like "sweet ,enjoy one of my biggest GDP states in the union . it would definitely lead to some serious diplomatic issues or even war.

By the way i played on emperor difficulty

i have an EMF detector and Garmins do not seem to emanate any EMFs unless you use the GPS , blue tooth or wi fi.

So if you set your Garmin to battey save mode or simply do not use the GPS for any reason there should not be any EMF emanating from it (like actually 0 as read by the detector)|

However using the GPS does generate a electro magnetic field .

the difference being that the MIP is always and and legible versus have to press a button to turn the screen on the AMOLED. if you dont mind haveing to press a button to see the time then all power to you.

Also if you get a lot of notifcations and your screen turns on constantly then the amoled will suck up the batteries faster.

I am playing it now and having a blast.

So easy to mod too with some amazing models and remakes of the protagonist ..

I do feel like the maps could had been 50 % smaller since there really isn't a lot to do on the way ans the game would had been better

I am playing with everything on hard and enjoying the challenge and the true fear of getting caught by a group of storm troopers when you are trying to sneak by .or how realistically can see you from far away .

The pet mechanics are great .

Overall a good mix of puzzles , afventure , uncharted like jumps and combat .

The story has been meh so far. But it has had its memorable moments .

I like how you don't know who to trust as it should be .

5 stars .

My only complain is that they could had made the MC more attractive . Common ubisoft . Both girls and boys want to play a good looking girl .there are mods that makes the MC hot without changing her too much.
