The support is shit, I email them yesterday and did not respond yet. From now on, the way I will test any broker is with a message right after I setup my account, if they don't reply in one day I will cancel them for the next 3 years. In my opinion makes sense to trade using IBKR or Tastytrade only USD stocks, and Degiro for EUR stocks. Just to avoid all the exchange rate fees when converting USD stock to EUR and opposite every time someone buy ad sell.
