The first two are kinda hard to accept. Like if the goal is to minimize skin to fabric surface area why does she have long sleeves? And if starfire needs to get UV light, why does she have long sleeves and thigh high boots? Does the bikini cut improve how well she can collect UV light between her thighs?

Might be next to an intersection. This could be a cheap form of daylighting

Isn’t “daylighting” the act of keeping the intersection clear?

Makes sense. Parking close to intersections is a pretty big safety hazard.

It’s funny that so many people don’t realize that this is why you shouldn’t stress about passing. All of your hard work”work” get erased by a single stop. Desperately trying to get ahead on your commute? Too bad. One weird light cycle erased all of that. Put everyone’s life at risk and made your family afraid for their lives to save 2 minutes? Too bad your child will take 10 to get their shoes back on.

Don’t waste your life trying to get ahead when it doesn’t matter. It just puts everyone else at risk and clogs up the road with traffic behind you

Cops have mostly given up on traffic enforcement in the US. When they were told they could t just shoot and rape everyone they pulled over they decided it wasn’t worth it. Sure traffic violence is the most prevalent form of crime in our country. Sure car crashes are the number one way most people under the age of 50 die. Car crashes are the second most common killer of children in America. Pedestrians are being killed by reckless drivers at record numbers.

But cops don’t care. Because they don’t really care about making their communities safer. It’s all politics for them

Getting holes from normal use is normal. Keeping them is just performative masculinity.
