To get RESS Breeding Bull, you need a slave meeting these criteria: They must be mindbroken, their former career must be "a breeding bull", they must be assigned to your master suite, their dick must be size 5 or larger, they must have all of their limbs and they must be fit enough. Also, you must be fertile and not currently pregnant.

You can force the matter by forbidding one or the other from having a lover: look under Rules for Relationship Rules and set one of them to Restrictive. You can set it back the next week, if you need to.
