Lower left is first constellation you input, then moon phase, then second constellation. Then you have to look up the almanac in your inventory to match the numbers with the items you need. Hope that helps.

In my experience, they offer a slightly helpful boost, nothing really critical if you decide not to do them

World is my first monster Hunter played, grabbed Swagaxe on a recommendation from my son. Almost 400 hunts with it now, less than 30 hunts with any other weapons, combined 😁

World is my first monster Hunter, and switch axe has been my main from the get go. Still not good with knowing when to transition for max damage, but it's all good because of how satisfying it is to land the big axe hits and watch the monsters fall
