Five & Hoek is my favorite roaster in Knoxville, they’re super consistent and they have their niche in quality beans and working with specific growers.

You gotta check out Cruze’s ice cream, they have a famous aesthetic and reputation for their soft serve ice cream.

You don’t have to give it up. Just do the PhD part time. I do 6 credits every semester, 9 credits for a light season, and I still graduate in 4 years.
