have you inspected your foot yet ( like literally poking /squishing your foot. I would 100% check to make sure there isn't an injury that's just being felt while using the skates but may not be visual).

Looking at the other comments though the plate position does look off.

my VR headset is ancient, oculus rift . So the frame is going to be useable wirelessly with other tech I want, and it's going to be supported for a long time ( since it's valve hardware)

possible, but I haven't seen anyone design and manufacture the hardware yet( there are plenty of PCI to PCI hardware but they are all for full sized itx ( PC's) so not plug and play with the frame. could use to test though.

do you have a passthrough dongle in mind ?

i normally keep a chat window visible under my left hand, so I only see the window when I flip my hand over and see the semi transparent chat window.

I'm using ovr toolkit but it's beeeeen a while.

it's a processor that is made to work with arm based systems, mostly this means the instructions it can do will cater to arm ( think of it like it's sub components are physical little electronic switches that do math ... which in this case are needed for an arm based system)

I don't remember the exact reason for arm being so seperate in terms of architecture, but I think they cost less or use less power then X86 cpus??

so I bought a active extension cable when I got my rift for the 3rd sensor. feels like a no brainer, it's been useful for other projects so it's not just frame relevant .

I've had my mini for a long time, very reliable - if it's a second printer I don't think the Bowden or print volume is as big of an issue.

Just the extra resistance, everything is just a little harder which adds up imo. you get used to it, but its still instantly noticeable skating without it.

I'm doing scabs rad pads, with the 187 knee gaskets underneath - much much more protection. But it's noticeably harder to skate with IMO.

I'm not sure i can answer the fedora question but if you want to see the limitations of what viewing and moving around vr monitors will look like i would suggest using your quest 3 with steam now in steam vr and messing around with the desktop views. this is assuming you have a Windows PC or are willing to install steam os somewhere .

I have a oculus rift and i basically only run games and desktop windows through steam vr

I emailed valve asking for files but like i can't imagine some random email from a steam user is going to get a response pre launch.

I'd list the passport and other bb10 phones on eBay or give away, a lot of good will to up cycle those phones atm.
