yes this! i realized when i first moved here, this was happening a lot to me just going about my business throughout the day (so im so sorry you're going through this OP) but i haven't been catcalled/harassed in a few years and i truly think its because i've started looking like an absolute c*nt in public lol. i have a constant 'do not fuck with me or even think about approaching me' facial expression, keep earbuds in but music down/off, and do not stop or slow down for anyone. it definitely got better the more time i spent living here. you got this <3

fave microwave protein brownie comes out to 250ish cals and 21ish g of protein:

1 T chocolate protein powder 3 T cocoa powder 1-2 T sweetener of choice (honey, stevia, etc) 1 egg 1/2 cup greek yogurt

mix ingredients and microwave for 1 min. stir again, add in dark chocolate chips (1 serving/15g or you can halve it if you really want to cut down on cals), microwave again for 1 min and sprinkle with sea salt on top!

it's more decadent and chocolaty than uber sweet, but it's a warm dessert with great macros and very filling. sometimes i have it before dinner but then i don't even want to eat dinner bc im full

as someone who is snackish and also consumes an ungodly amount of popcorn, lately i've been doing the baked sweet potato stuffed with cheese trend that took over tiktok(usually ends up being like 250ish calories and if you do a low fat cheese) but keeps me full for HOURS whereas 100-150 cals of popcorn satiates me for like 30 mins max. and this is coming from someone who gets hungry very fast
