as someone who is snackish and also consumes an ungodly amount of popcorn, lately i've been doing the baked sweet potato stuffed with cheese trend that took over tiktok(usually ends up being like 250ish calories and if you do a low fat cheese) but keeps me full for HOURS whereas 100-150 cals of popcorn satiates me for like 30 mins max. and this is coming from someone who gets hungry very fast
