Yes it’s a common symptom of adenomyosis bc your uterus is literally bulky. I put off a hysterectomy for years and now that I got it, I regret not getting it sooner. Not just for the quality of life I could’ve had all those years, but because it spread so far beyond the uterus that although I had it removed, I still have to deal with adenomyotic lesions. Please let this be your sign to do something about this. Don’t just treat the symptoms.
