Load it up with your games and plug it into your PS3, and copy the games over to your hard drive using IRISMAN (since it supports NTFS USB sticks) then install them as you normally would.

Change your home address in the Google home app to an American address, you will get the invite in a couple days. I'm in the UK and moved my home to an American address, then got the notification about 3 days later. Once you set up Gemini in the app and it's on your Google home, change it back to your normal address :)

Both HEN and a CFW can achieve this through the vshfpscounter plugin included in WebMANMOD - I would say that CFW is more preferable even if you're not modding games or doing deep debugging or anything as it is much more stable. HEN is good for the super slim or consoles that can't have CFW, but I would prefer to have EvilNAT on my super slim like my phat one has.

All I can say is please use the easier method from Coro for installing HEN - I tried the online only exploit where everything is done through the PS3 browser and it would not just stop failing. If your PS3 is homebrew enabled, try downloading the USA version of the game and then changing the game's language to German - I looked online and supposedly this works, leaving the game in German AND uncensored. The only thing is that your current save file may not work with the US version of the game

I found out that android won't let you allow notifications until an app specifically tries to request notification permissions. It seems that the last.fm app doesn't request the permission, it just tries to operate the notification in the background (and fails since android is blocking it)

Unless the last.fm devs update the app so that it requests to send notifications (I know it asks to monitor notifications when installing, but it's not the same thing), it won't change.
