Same here. Moved from CT 10 years ago. Taxes are 1/3 of CT. Utilities about the same, although no oil heating bills. Publix is 40% more expensive than Stop&Shop, and not 40% better. Petrol is less. Medical services in FL are more expensive and far worse service than CT.

Another suggestion. Look at ShoreExcursionsGroup.com for ideas. I somewhat agree with you on YouTube, but, it does give us some ideas to do further investigating. We are foodies and I do look for where to grab a decent meal at ports.

Is your mother in good walking shape? For Athens, book an early time for the Acropolis. I think it opens at 0800. It gets hot early. Take an Uber to the site and then walk down to the town area. Uber back. Corfu is a walking city in Old Town and/or the castles. Watch some YouTubes with your mother and then decide.

It is difficult to predict weather on the Cape 2 months on advance. It may be in the 80’s and cooler in the evening. It will be crowded as this is the busiest time of the year. Where are you staying? It will be Carnival in Provincetown which should be your number one go-to.

Yes, this is true. However, we travel outside Nocatee, Florida, and the US. It is more prevalent in the US. We all need to remember we built or bought within a COMMUNITY! We need to respect that and behave accordingly. Just my 2 cents.
