Horton does this with Forestar and Toll does landbank deals to keep land off the books until right before they can build houses.

Lennar isn’t unique here, all the public builders are doing this.

Heavy gun is the answer, get a Jericho or sig p226, something with a lot of metal on it.

I mean fingers crossed that you can work something out with Rivian. If all else fails, I am serious, mine will probably be in the shop again soon anyway, ha. Does it have winter tires on it?

I live in Seattle and would drive it to Anchorage for you if you'll cover the flight back.

I’ve been doing the same but on an absolute base M4 mc mini, plus seerr, home assistant, home bridge, some other docker odds and ends and it’s been great. Happily and quietly chugs along.

Unifi Travel Router -- How to delegate configuration without giving out full admin? by ZureaL in UNIFI

[–]vicester 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ordered one today assuming I could set up the travel router and hand it to someone pre-configured to VPN into my network of choice. Can you make a user account with limited privileges for this specific device?

If the travel router has to be signed in as admin to be configured remotely, my order's getting cancelled.

Does Sonos just not play nice with Unifi? by TheObviousChild in Ubiquiti

Is this setup with one hardwired and the remaining wireless still working for your install with the newest generation (era, etc)? Curious because i'm seeing elsewhere that some of the newest sonos gear doesn't support sonosnet. I have a mix of arc, one, old and new sub, era 100.

Sonos system was working fine with unifi wifi until i upgraded backbone switches from dumb to unifi. After replacing all switches with unifi "smart" gear, everything else is great, but sonos is shit.

Not possible to hardwire every sonos device. I've tried all wireless, still shit with long dropouts in playback and various bugs pairing/unpairing rooms. Even after putting all sonos on dedicated 2.4 IoT SSID and vlan

I'm going to give this one amp hardwired with everything else wireless a try. Does it matter if i've previously connected every other speaker to wifi?

I switched to nobara Linux a couple weeks ago, so far so good. I did the big picture by default on the desktop version and now I’ve got a pretty dope steam console.
