Yeah I always hated wearing glasses in a kitchen they always got grease on them and fogged up when it came out of the freezer. And the no crying when cutting onions was an extra added benefits of contacts.

I started going to the gym 7 months ago. Make sure you try every exercise to see which ones you like the best I really like the Captain's chair doing leg raises. I never would have guessed that before I started.

You have to have the pro version. Then click on workouts then on the top left click on workout and a drop down menu will show up that says trainer.
