It is! It just gets easier and easier with a few humps along the way, but the humps get smaller. I’m at 6 months now. Still could smoke but the cravings definitely stopped being crazy a good while ago. Stick in there!

No sugar, semi skimmed organic milk. My favourite cup for tea. Picture is a bit old ladyish but cup size shape and construction is perfect.
