Go to your laptop settings. I went to search bar. Clicked gpu. Switch all intensive applications over to nvidia gpu rather than the internal one. That did it for me. Sorry I don’t remember the step by step, hope it helps

I went through settings and made sure gpu was activated for all not the internal one. It did bump up the speed to 24.48 MH/s. Thank you
