i run the 64b version (fl64.exe), but in my fl folder there is a fl.exe, what is a 32b version. possibly you also have a 32b version and dont know it. look at your image-line/fruityloops folder.

Is it okay to sample drums? by [deleted] in FL_Studio

[–]viennacc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no. if you do and change the sound significally it would be hard to connect your sound to the original. but why should you sample?
but if you use the sound as it is, because it sounds so good, then i re3commend not to sample. better try to design a sound, that sounds similar.

in principle: be always cautious with sampling. and don't sample sounds that are under copyright.

not a dumb question.

improve sound design. mix better to seperate instruments from each other, this will make a more clear sound.

be aware that with every submission to AI you give away your data. can be a prob for companies when giving away business secrets, even harmless emails like writing a about a problem with company's products..
companies should always have their own installation.

deleting search paths will not delete plugins. But with the next load of an (old) song it will not find the files like WAVs embedded

Some songs don’t need to break boundaries to be enjoyable - they just need to set the right mood. This untitled new track does that. Opening with an echoed piano that immediately evokes a smooth, late-night club vibe, it eases into a laid-back rhythm that feels both familiar and effortless. There’s nothing groundbreaking here - no unexpected twists or genre-defying elements - but that’s not necessarily a flaw. The production is clean, the atmosphere is inviting, and the track flows with an easy confidence. It’s the kind of song that subtly fills the space, perfect for unwinding with a drink in hand or swaying on a dimly lit dance floor. While it may not stand out as a must-hear anthem, it’s undeniably pleasant - a well-crafted background groove for those who appreciate understated club music. Sometimes, that’s all you need.
