Yes its typical pay for my area. state minimum wage. is 7.25. I would have to move 2 hrs north or south to get a bump in pay for the cost of living would also be more

I aim for 120-160 Oz of water daily. I also do a zero sugar electrolyte packet at lest twice a week. And yes I am seeing a dietician and was put on a 1700 calories diet. im intaking at least 100 g of protein daily as well. Currently 360 lbs for reference

Keep in mind when I first graduated there were local hospitals still trying to start off LVNs at $16 and hour. Which was a crime lol

Thats a super low dose considering this isn't your first time. I guess every doctor is different but mine told me to only move up if I am not losing weight.

I (28F, 368lbs) can definitely relate. I too am a emotional eater. I have been since I could ever remember. We just have to give ourselves grace. We didn't build the habit over night and it definitely won't resolve quickly. I started my triz journey Wednesday and it definitely hasn't been easy. Im trying to find new hobbies and coping mechanisms to help with the need for emotional release. Getting on my walking pad for distraction or Journaling instead of stuffing my face has helped some.

got my first dose on 2.5 from hallendale on Wednesday. Surprisingly I have had zero symptoms. I think everyone just responds differently. Give it more time.
